The History

"This is the story of an other world in a far future. We are on Earth 2 in the year 7317. People have lost their emotional capacity, everything is logic and rational. Music is forbidden. Only some specialists have access to the musical heritage coming from Earth 1 which has been destroyed in the 23rd century.

A team of archivists now checks this old forgotten world of the music of Earth 1 and one of them, an archivist named ARC 429, has to produce a catalogue of the film music of the years 1950 to 1999.

In the beginning just another job without any emotion, but suddenly ... "

CINEMUSIC is a show presenting the music of 37 great films from the years 50 up to now. An actor playing ARC 429, the archivist, guides through the show, where you will find the East Belgian Swing Band, a big band with 22 musicians, together with 6 singers, 20 dancers, 3 other actors and a magician.

All together with a dozen of technicians, we present you an event of music, dance and light with films and pictures on 3 giant screens.
